Light rain is forecast to move into the Pine Belt Wednesday afternoon. The rain is expected to become heavier into the evening as temps continue to fall. A rain and snow mix will likely develop in our area before midnight and may linger into the early morning hours of Thursday. At this time there are no winter weather adviories for our viewing area, but there is a winter storm watch for portions of central and northern Mississippi. We will continue to monitor this developing weather situation and update the forecast as needed. Rex
