Today was 2009s hottest day so far. We reached 95 at WDAM, PIB, and HBG. When you combine the humidity, it felt like it was over 100 degrees for an extended part of the afternoon. This is above average...in June we should be around 90 degrees. However, Tuesday's high is not a record. On June 16th, 1952 HBG hit 100 degrees.
Here's the best part... Wednesday and Thursday may be hotter!
