The high pressure that was acting as our barrier from the rain is now gone, and the door is open for moisture. In fact, this afternoon we have seen some spotty light reflectivity on the radar all over Mississippi.
Scattered showers will be on the increase Tuesday afternoon, but I'm not expecting anything heavy or intense. Our chance for heavier rain will not start until Wednesday, and that threat will exist all the way through Friday... maybe even Saturday.
